Silicon Review Names Symphony Solutions Among the “50 Best Workplaces of 2018’’

A decade of tech disruption has earned the Dutch-based IT company, Symphony Solutions, a place on The Silicon Review’s list of the “50 Best Workplaces of the year 2018’’.

Symphony Solutions feels the significance of this recognition, especially since it comes from one of the leading magazines for business and technology professionals around the world, focusing on innovative enterprise solutions developed by established industry providers.

It is also significant because Symphony Solutions does not cultivate awards and recognition. It is always focused on creating a positive, inclusive, inspiring and supportive culture in which their people thrive.

Explaining the reasons for Symphony Solutions award, the magazine says:

“Symphony Solutions is a fast-growing international IT company which serves its clients in the field of software development, testing and BPO. Following the ’from vendor to partner’ model, it serves customers in areas such as enterprise, retail, betting and gaming industry.’’

“Today the company has four delivery centers in three different countries: Lviv, Ukraine; Skopje, Macedonia; Krakow and Rzeszow, Poland. Needless to say, it is constantly growing, owing to increased demand from current clients and several significant new clients. For example, one of their biggest clients, The Ladbrokes Coral Group, began 5 years ago with 4 engineers, and one year ago was 100 engineers. Today, it is nearly 300 and expanding.”

But, what does it take to become a company that workers want to be part of? It’s more than good pay and good perks – it’s also about having a clear purpose and leadership that brings out the best in them by focusing on their development and satisfaction and empowering them to take care of the business.

When asked by The Silicon Review, What is Symphony Solutions biggest asset?, the reply from Founder Theo Schnitfink was:

“Human capital is the only meaningful asset we have. Our service list is not what makes us distinct. What makes us different is who we are and how we deliver services to our clients. Our culture is a big draw; different from competitors and for the right people.”

Symphony Solutions does not seek new business. All their clients come from trusted referrals, and it has been that way since day one. Perhaps that is why they have never lost a client.
