Agile development puts the emphasis on the customer, and all corrections or adjustments to the product derive from customer use feedback. The highest priority is to satisfy the customer through early and continuous delivery in order to ultimately reach the market as soon as possible.

Agile Implementation on Team Level

For those new to Agile, consultants usually start with the following agile methodology steps: first, they establish pilot teams, where support from the Scrum Master helps them work together and experience how their plan works, how daily meet ups identify issues and call attention to roadblocks, and get familiar with the process overall.  

We have included certified Agile Fundamentals or Scrum Basics training in this package that fit for purposes of quick but effective crash course into Agile world. Both trainings concentrate on building a profound groundwork for successful operation of the teams from the first day.  Theory is combined with case studies, best practices and live simulation of Agile process and practices.  

Team will need strong Scrum Master support during at least initial 3 sprints. After main Scrum practices and ceremonies are well understood and adopted by team united by the same vision and focused on value delivery, Scrum Master becomes more as a facilitator and a coach for the team.

How we implement agile in an organization?

PI planning is one of the most important, effective instruments provided by SAFe to implement Scaled Agile approach to complex projects when managing multiple teams. 

The primary purpose of PI planning is to gain alignment between business owners and program teams on a common, committed set of Program Objectives and Team Objectives for the next release (PI) time-box. During PI planning, all stakeholders including representatives of business, internal teams and external parties gather together in order to create PI objectives for a high-level plan of delivery for the next period (usually between 2-4 months), which provides several benefits:     

  • Produces a common language for communicating with business and technology stakeholders  
  • Aligns the Agile Release Train with a shared mission
  • Creates the near-term vision for development during PI
  • Defines internal and external dependencies and subsequently develops a plan for mitigation
  • Estimates the potential capacity of the teams   


Effective implementation of SAFe PI planning is the important gateway to product development.
