Senior Accountant

What is the project and why should you care?

Symphony Solutions, headquartered in Amsterdam (The Netherlands), is a fast-growing international organization providing Western European clients with high-quality IT, BPO, and Consultancy services.

The company is now seeking a Senior Accountant for Ukrainian companies for full-time work in Lviv (partly remote).

You will be an excellent fit for this position if you have:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior or Chief Accountant
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and 1C accounting software, with knowledge of QuickBooks as an advantage
• Intermediate or higher level of English (reading, writing, comprehension, and speaking) coupled with excellent communication skills
• Knowing Diia.City will be a plus

Here are some of the things you’ll be working on:

• Completing a full set of accounts and ensuring timely month-end and year-end closings
• Ensuring appropriate financial controls in accordance with Ukrainian legislation
• Developing and implementing company-specific accounting procedures
• Preparing and reviewing financial and tax reports
• Acting as the company’s representative in interactions with regulatory authorities
• Producing management reports using the corporate accounting system, QuickBooks
