As the software engineering department, we work in partnership with the product and quality teams to find effective solutions to complex business problems to develop best-in-class and industry-leading products. You will be an excellent fit for this position if you have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate
  • Experience in developing and implementing RPA solutions using PowerApps and other RPA tools
  • Knowledge of business process automation and optimization concepts
  • Familiarity with data integration and API development
  • Understanding of software development principles and practices
  • Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or RPA tools are a plus
  • Take responsibility and ownership for completing assigned tasks that may rely on the contribution of other team members
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Be able to ascertain when to approach peers for help or further clarification
  • Be extremely detail-oriented with respect to documentation and communication
  • Effectively able to present their work to their peers
  • Be at ease with mentoring and supporting peers

Here are some of the things you’ll be working on:

The Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Engineer using Microsoft PowerApps is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining automated solutions to streamline business processes using PowerApps and other RPA tools. The engineer will collaborate with stakeholders to identify process automation opportunities and design efficient and scalable solutions.

You will be responsible for:

  • Process Automation: Identify, analyze, and document business processes that can be automated using Microsoft PowerApps
  • Solution Design: Design and develop RPA solutions using Microsoft PowerApps, taking into consideration business requirements, system integration, and scalability
  • Workflow Automation: Design and implement automated workflows using PowerApps, integrating with other systems and applications to streamline and optimize business processes
  • Application Development: Develop and customize PowerApps applications to automate manual tasks, improve data accuracy, and enhance user experience
  • Data Integration: Integrate PowerApps with various data sources and APIs to automate data entry, extraction, and validation processes
  • Testing and Deployment: In collaboration with the QA Engineers, test, validate, and deploy RPA solutions built with PowerApps, ensuring functionality, usability, and reliability
  • Documentation: Document RPA solutions, including design specifications, technical documentation, and user guides, to facilitate knowledge transfer and future maintenance
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve issues related to PowerApps-based RPA solutions, providing support to end-users and collaborating with other teams as necessary
  • Training and Knowledge Sharing: Train end-users on using PowerApps-based RPA solutions effectively and share RPA best practices with the team
  • Continuous Improvement: Continually assess and improve RPA solutions, identifying opportunities for enhancement, optimization, and automation of additional processes
