The engineer will collaborate with stakeholders to identify process automation opportunities and design efficient and scalable solutions. You will be responsible for: Process Automation: Identify, analyze, and document business processes that can be automated using Microsoft PowerAppsSolution Design: Design and develop RPA solutions using Microsoft PowerApps, taking into consideration business requirements, system integration, and scalabilityWorkflow Automation: Design and implement automated workflows using PowerApps, integrating with other systems and applications to streamline and optimize business processesApplication Development: Develop and customize PowerApps applications to automate manual tasks, improve data accuracy, and enhance user experienceData Integration: Integrate PowerApps with various data sources and APIs to automate data entry, extraction, and validation processesTesting and Deployment: In collaboration with the QA Engineers, test, validate, and deploy RPA solutions built with PowerApps, ensuring functionality, usability, and reliabilityDocumentation: Document RPA solutions, including design specifications, technical documentation, and user guides, to facilitate knowledge transfer and future maintenanceTroubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve issues related to PowerApps-based RPA solutions, providing support to end-users and collaborating with other teams as necessaryTraining and Knowledge Sharing: Train end-users on using PowerApps-based RPA solutions effectively and share RPA best practices with the teamContinuous Improvement: Continually assess and improve RPA solutions, identifying opportunities for enhancement, optimization, and automation of additional processes
