Every year, wededicate significant attention to supporting individuals or organizations inneed, focusing primarily on Ukraine. We were delighted to receive recognitionfrom the Ukrainian online publisher Highload as a leading IT company supporting Ukraine.

Charity forces toward Ukraine

The charitable foundation Stand by Ukraine has been established, and a donation of 1 million euros has been allocated to various directions in Ukraine. The company's offices have extended their assistance to shelters for Symphonians and their families. Support to Symphonians who served in the army was provided. The company is backing the Unbroken Medical Center in Lviv. Read more in the CSR report 2022.

TikTok launch

Exploring the trending social media platform TikTok by producing humorous videos depicting life at Symphony Solutions. The most widely viewed video has garnered 2.3 million views.

ISO certification

Symphony Solutions gained the ISO 27001:2013 certification on information security, with the scope of certification being Cloud and Agile Transformation services and full lifecycle Digital Development services.

Health Tech Digital Awards Winner 2021

The Financial Times issued its 4th annual FT 1000 list on 2 March, 2020 to showcase the top 1000 European companies across all industries with the highest CAGR in revenue for 2015-2018. Symphony Solutions submitted a profile for inclusion on this list for the first time and qualified, ranking #703 on the list with a remarkable CAGR of 50.1%.

Redesigned office space in Krakow, Poland

Symphonians in Krakow moved to a new comfortable office. Staying true to our tradition, we modeled the space after the Dutch village of Zaanse Schans, with the meeting rooms twinning the ones in other office locations and the signature Old Amsterdam cafe.

10 Years Anniversary!

2018 was a milestone in our journey. It was our 10th anniversary year. And all big milestones mean a celebration. Over the course of 3 weeks, each location hosted their own art-themed party that brought over 700 people for a night of inspiration, fun and togetherness. We called it the X-Gala Ceremony.

Agile Transformation Company of the Year

Symphony Solutions was awarded “Agile Transformation Company of The Year” by Technology Headlines Magazine. Symphony Solutions committed significant resources to an internalAgile certification center. The expert coaches give Agile training throughout the year to new employees, engineers in the local communities in which they operate, and clients.

4th Delivery Center Opened in Krakow, Poland

The city of choice for Symphony Solutions’ fourth delivery center was Krakow, famous for its voluminous IT talent pool. We announced our appearance at Krakow’s IT market with supporting Agile events from Agile Space platform, starting the recruitment process soon after.

The First Client Whose Team Reached 100 People

Symphony Solutions’ first client to reach a significant milestone of 100 people was Ladbrokes Coral, a top company providing exciting, simple and responsible betting and gaming experiences, delivered by the most passionate and committed people in the industry.

First baby in the office nursery

We welcomed the first Symphony baby at the office nursery, a benefit introduced for working parents. Symphony Solutions created a special room in the office for children to stay with their nannies, and yet be close to their parents.

200 Symphonians reached

Starting the journey with a small team of dedicated individuals, Symphony Solutions grew to 200 Symphonians dedicated to their shared vision and a passion for innovation and excellence.

3rd delivery center opened in Skopje, Macedonia

Symphony Solutions’ rapid growth made it possible to open another new office, this time in Skopje, Macedonia! Excited to spread our ideas and professional approach in another country, Symphony Solutions introduced its community of professional, creative and awesome people in Macedonia.

2nd delivery center opened in Rzeszow, Poland

The opening of the second delivery office in Rzeszow, Poland marked Symphony Solutions’ significant growth. That same year we participated in a Career Fair in Rzeszow, ready to take over the IT market in Poland.

Mr.Cannabis was Born

Inspired by the Dutch culture, Symphony Solutions introduced its first mascot, Mr. Cannabis.
