Corporate English & Communication Trainer

You will be an excellent fit for this position if you have:

• 4+ years of experience teaching English, with a strong focus on corporate training 
• Strong grasp of English assessment frameworks and ability to set communication standards in business settings 
• Experience integrating language and communication metrics into HR systems and performance reviews 
• Proven success in teaching core business communication skills including presentations, active listening, storytelling, feedback, and negotiations 
• Strong background in delivering cross-cultural training programs 
• Familiarity with modern EdTech tools and AI learning platforms in online environments 
• Experience combining traditional teaching methods with technology-enhanced learning 
• Creative mindset with the ability to customize training for different learning styles and needs 
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities 
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and drive positive change 
  
  Desired experience with AI language and communication tools may include:
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered language learning platforms
  • Proven ability to integrate AI tools into traditional teaching methods ( human teaching approach) 
  • Understanding of how to leverage AI to enhance student learning 
  • Experience designing AI-supported lesson plans

• Implement and own the company’s English communication competency strategy
• Integrate English communication development into the employee experience
• Design, implement, and continuously enhance English communication programs to align with business needs
• Assess English proficiency using a combination of AI tools and human evaluation
• Create personalized learning plans focused on targeted improvement areas
• Leverage AI-powered platforms to enhance daily practice, track progress, and provide real-time feedback
• Design and deliver training in core business communication skills, such as presentations, active listening, storytelling, giving feedback, and negotiations, as required
• Stay informed about emerging AI trends in education and introduce innovative tools to enrich the learning journey
• Advise leadership on strategies for communication development
• Build strong cross-departmental relationships to ensure the successful implementation of communication initiatives
