As a Learning Experience Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating and enhancing our internal learning programs, onboarding journeys, and knowledge-sharing ecosystems. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes force ensuring that learning runs smoothly — from logistics and communication to system support and learner experience. Manage logistics, including scheduling, invitations, reminders, and calendar alignment. Be the point of contact for trainers, speakers, and participants. Ensure everything flows smoothly before, during, and after the sessions. Support New Hires Through Onboarding & NEO Help new team members access tools, resources, and program materials. Host welcome and closing sessions during the New Employee Onboarding (NEO) program. Follow up with participants to ensure no one is left behind. Take Care of Learning Platforms & LMS Administer our Learning Management System (LMS): manage users, assign content, and resolve access issues. Support the migration and optimization of learning content in the LMS. Oversee access to external learning tools such as Udemy and Pluralsight. Manage L&D Information & Resources Maintain and update the L&D department’s Confluence and SharePoint spaces. Ensure all learning content is current, well-organized, looks good, and is easy to find. Handle version control and ensure materials are shareable and accessible. Support Virtual Learning Communities Assist community leads in running interest-based learning communities. Boost engagement by coordinating logistics and providing content support. Track participation and offer insights to improve community experiences. Contribute to Team Projects & Innovation Take part in brainstorming sessions and team ideation activities. Contribute ideas to improve learning experiences and internal programs. Support new initiatives with coordination, enthusiasm, and reliability.
