You will be an excellent fit for this position if you have: We are looking for a Business Analyst (BA) who is highly technically proficient, an excellent communicator, and has a strong customer orientation. This role is both customer-facing and technical with a primary focus on delivering and solving customer business requirements. This key leadership role involves liaising with the customer business team, building long-lasting relationships, and translating their business requirements into tangible Datalex assets that can then be progressed and eventually delivered to the customer. The role involves establishing internal relationships with key stakeholders such as Sales, Product Management, and Engineering. They are confident in advising our own project teams and customers on matters of high-level design and product enhancements, while being commercially aware and able to make sound judgment calls. The role also involves promoting the Datalex Stellex platform with the help of Product Managers and Customer Architects. Required Skills and Experience: Customer-facing experience in previous roles required Excellent leadership and communication skills Must be able to deliver high-quality customer-facing documentation The ability to translate high-level business requirements to detailed requirements is a must Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment Must be able and willing to travel to Datalex offices and customer sites periodically Be a self-starter, have a strong problem-solving aptitude, and do not accept the status quo Must be able to operate within a multi-locational delivery team environment with both onsite and remote engagement Knowledge of the Airline industry is required E-Commerce (retail) industry experience and/or experience in a high transaction volume or mission-critical cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) Be familiar with Jira, Confluence, MS Office applications, Agile-based methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban) Here are some of the things you’ll be working on: Builds strong relationships and instills confidence with customers and internally within Datalex Participates in on-site face-to-face workshops with the customer Leads the customer by promoting the Datalex Stellex platform and its capabilities Contributes to the customer roadmap in collaboration with the customer and Datalex leadership teams Documents all business requirements in detail alongside the customer and Datalex Advises/Leads the Datalex implementation team when needed during development Identifies new product enhancements and actively informs Product Management Identifies opportunities to drive Continuous Improvement activities
