Zero-Revenue-Share Sportsbook BetSymphony Goes Live in Africa

Most sportsbook platforms take a cut of everything an operator earns, forever. Symphony Solutions is challenging the status quo with BetSymphony, its zero-revenue-share sportsbook and casino platform. Today, the company announced its first production deployment  Africa, where the platform is now processing real player activity across sportsbook and casino.

The commercial model flips the traditional equation. Operators own the source code, control the roadmap, and pay zero revenue share, so every new player, every bet, and every stage of growth benefits their business, not their platform provider. The platform is built mobile-first for emerging and often low-bandwidth markets, the environments where most platforms quietly fall apart, and pairs with BetHarmony, Symphony Solutions’ conversational AI frontend, that lets players bet by voice and chat instead of fighting through menus. A turnkey model is in development for operators who want the fast lane.

“For decades, operators have accepted revenue share as the price of getting to market. We don’t think that has to be true.

Technology should help operators build enterprise value, not take a percentage of it. That’s the thinking behind BetSymphony. Launching with our first client in African markets is an important milestone because it validates that model with real players and real operations. Our expansion from here is deliberately paced. We’d rather earn each market than rush them.”

Under the hood, the deployment runs a full production stack: live odds via BetRadar for now, with additional feed providers already planned; casino content currently from Pragmatic Play, EGT, Fazi, and Aviator, with more suppliers on the roadmap; player messaging through the global cloud communications provider Infobib, and reporting via a data warehouse. More integrations are already queued.

“BetSymphony went into production with no platform issues, that’s the outcome of deliberate engineering decisions, not luck. We now have a live, proven, high-class platform behind us, and a commercial model that doesn’t rely on revenue share to make the numbers work for the operator,” said Mariyan Melnychuk, Product Delivery Director Symphony Solutions.

The industry has started paying attention as well. BetSymphony is shortlisted for Rising Star in Sports Betting Innovation at the SBC Awards 2026 and for both Software Rising Star and Sportsbook Platform Supplier at the EGR B2B Awards 2026
