What is the project about?

Datalex is a long-term player in the air travel market, with over thirty years of experience. They are disrupting the industry with their personal innovative approach. Datalex provides airlines with unique products to drive revenue and profit as digital retailers.

What is the team composition?

Symphony Solutions supports Datalex with two models of teams. In the first model, we provide Scrum Masters, Business Analysts and Developers, and Tech Leads to join Platform teams and support Datalex in building internal products. In the second model, fully built Managed Teams consisting of Scrum Masters, QAs, and Developers, and managed by SDMs, all provided by Symphony Solutions deliver products for end clients of Datalex, such as Aer Lingus.

What are the tech requirements for the project?

Together with the client, we are building a collaborative environment that embraces open communication and sharing feedback in order to achieve business goals and create the best possible products.

What is the project duration?

Datalex has found in us a partner for long-term cooperation within multiple streams. We started to build our teams only recently and now we are proud to have 23 colleagues on the project. What’s more, this team is growing every month with new specialists joining in, like Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, QAs, Developers, Tech Leads, and Service Delivery Managers.
