You will be an excellent fit for this position if you have: You would be a great fit for this position if you are: A Business Development Lead with a proven track record of sourcing and closing deals of 500K and above An expert with a good understanding of I.T. with 3-5 years experience selling solutions/service portfolios consisting of at least one of the following: Application Development or Modernization Experience Design Services Cloud and DevOps Services Data and Analytics Infrastructure Managed Services/ Team Augmentation Agile Transformation Digital Marketing Services (SEO, PPC) It would be nice to have experience in the online gambling industry, ideally selling professional services to operators or platform providers and product sales. Skilled at all aspects of consultative sales and business development including prospecting, initiation, deal qualification, closure, and customer satisfaction A ´hunter´ with strong presentation and negotiation skills Adept at opening new accounts and building high-quality relationships instead of taking a transactional approach Ready to travel to meet with the clients Must have experience with at least some Non-FTE based business models: Fix price, price per sprint, price per story point, blended-rate bank of hours bundles, etc. Strong nice to have a good SDLC and Product lifecycle understanding. Strong nice to have a good knowledge of DevOps concepts, AI, and Data Engineering. Having a strong, wide network of clients from either the airline industry healthcare industry or a major vertical would be a huge plus as we are also open to other verticals, i.e banking and finance, logistics, etc. Have experience working at: IT organization that provides consultancy or technology services to operators and platform providers b2b IT service sales It is important that you have a strong network to help you secure meetings with prospects. Here are some of the things you’ll be working on: Selling the value proposition, learning and constantly evolving Symphony Solutions Service portfolio, learning how to qualify client needs, Typical Client profiles Lead Origination: researching and selecting prospects; contacting and engaging prospects through proactive outbound calls/emails/Linkedin Orchestration: bringing together the right experts to identify & assess opportunities and then work together with SDMs and Tech team on the proposals, submit and present to the client the respective solution proposals Grow Symphony Solutions’ business with new and existing clients by proactively building its own pipeline through outbound activities Drive all Sales-related activities by collaborating with cross-functional teams of Sales, Marketing, Delivery Organization, Finance, and other Work with Marketing to identify opportunities and joint target accounts Coordinate Sales pipeline and forecast reviews Propagate Symphony Solutions’s capabilities and success stories Drive joint marketing initiatives with marketing teams
