Senior DevOps Engineer

What is the project, and why should you care?

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Managed Services team.

This role provides an exciting opportunity to work across multiple projects and business domains rather than being assigned to a single client.

As part of our team, you will contribute to designing and improving infrastructure, implementing DevOps best practices, and ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability across a variety of environments. You’ll collaborate with different teams, work with diverse technical stacks, and propose effective solutions tailored to each project’s needs.

This dynamic position requires strong technical leadership, the ability to design and optimize complex systems, and adaptability to evolving technologies and business requirements.

You will be an excellent fit for this position if you have:

• Technical leadership experience for coordinating projects from a technical perspective
• Client-facing skills for driving refinements and planning sessions with customers
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and managing multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS required; GCP or Azure preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of AWS services such as VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS, IAM, SNS, SQS, API Gateway, EKS, CloudFront, EFS/EBS, SecurityHub, GuardDuty, CloudWatch, AWS Application Migration Service, KMS, PCA, and similar
• Solid understanding of GCP or Azure core services — e.g., GKE/AKS, IAM, Storage, Networking, and Monitoring tools
• 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred; AWS CloudFormation, Ansible, Pulumi, or AWS CDK also acceptable)
• 3+ years of experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Bitbucket, or similar)
• 2+ years of experience creating and running container-based applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancers, VPN) and cloud networking (VPC, Route 53, CloudFront, API Gateway, ELB, etc.)
• Strong understanding of security concepts (IAM, access control, encryption, endpoint security, and firewalls)
• Excellent problem-solving skills for use-case-specific architecture design and implementation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in distributed teams
• AWS Professional or Specialty Certification (GCP or Azure certification is a plus)
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience with related cloud services or tooling is beneficial

Here are some of the things you’ll be working on:

• Provide technical leadership, ensuring efficient coordination and execution of cloud infrastructure projects
• Act as the primary technical contact for clients, leading refinement and planning sessions to align solutions with business goals
• Design, deploy, and manage multi-cloud infrastructure environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Implement Infrastructure as Code for consistent and automated provisioning
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments
• Build and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security across multi-cloud deployments
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and deliver optimized architectural solutions
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, sharing knowledge and promoting cloud best practices
