We’re looking for a Senior Lead Generation Manager with hands-on experience and results in ABM outreach who will work with Avia and the Travel domain. You will be an excellent fit for this position if you have: 3+ years of proven lead generation / SDR / ABM outbound experience for IT services or B2B tech products, with measurable outcomes (meetings booked, pipeline influenced/created). Transportation / Aviation domain experience is a plus. Ability to identify, monitor, and act on buying-intent signals and trigger events, and translate them into relevant outreach. Hands-on experience running ABM-style outbound for defined account lists (Tier 1/2/3), including account research, persona mapping, hyper-personalized messaging, and coordinated multi-touch sequences across LinkedIn + email. Practical experience using AI to speed up research, enrichment, personalization, and content creation while maintaining quality Experience working with CRM (Hubspot will be a plus), Clay, Apollo, Linkedin Sales Navigator is a must Excellent written and verbal communication skills. English B2 – C1 Here are some of the things you’ll be working on: Generate sales-qualified meetings Own ABM strategy and execution for target airline accounts to build a pipeline. Define and refine ICP and target account lists together with domain and technical experts. Monitor key account signals and trigger events, turning them into outreach hypotheses and “reason now” messaging. Create and run hyper-personalized multi-touch campaigns across LinkedIn + email (including comments/posts to warm up accounts). Maintain high-quality data and campaign operations in HubSpot and supporting tools; Report weekly/monthly on results and learnings.
